Best Practices for SIP and UC Security

I had the honor of being asked to present three breakout sessions at the Avaya Engage virtual conference.  While I prefer presenting in front of a live audience, COVID has taught me that flexibility is paramount.

Although this wasn’t the smoothest performance of the three (I got better with each recording), I am very pleased with the material and hope you will be, too.  I am especially happy with the section on social engineering hacking, but it’s all good stuff.

  1. About the videocalls security. In lots of these tools you can change the background or blur it. That can help.

    1. That’s true. Personally, I dislike background blur. I find it distracting. It also doesn’t work when you have a video call into a huddle room where you want to include several people. So, it’s not solution for every situation.
