I am still on my video kick and this time around I decided to challenge myself. Conference calls on Avaya CPaaS baffled me, so I took the time to figure out how to use the APIs to create and manage them. Once I was comfortable with everything, I did my documentation thing and recorded the results.
I should point out that in the process of learning, I discovered that you can build a functional conference bridge without writing a single line of code. It can all be done in the inboundXML editor hosted by Avaya CPaaS. Check it out!
