Due to a number of requests, I recorded the Bot Building Basics presentation I recently gave at Avaya Engage 2020. It’s a lot more fun speaking before a live audience, but this is a close-enough reenactment.
I guarantee that if you watch the video in its entirety, you will be able to create your own basic bots. Additionally, if you are the kind of person who knows how to program web services or is willing to learn Node.js, the sky is the limit as to what you can do with this technology.
