By the Time I Get to Phoenix (And Engage 2020)

I have been going to Avaga Engage (and its previously named incarnations) for many year.  More than simply attending, I have been hosting breakout sessions at Engage.  This year is no different.  If you count “Stump the Experts” (and I do), I am presenting six breakout sessions.  While my Debugging Avaya SIP is a repeat performance, the rest are either brand new or so changed from previous years to be considered brand new.

This morning, I got together with my partner in digital-experience-crime, Andrew Maher, for a quick interview about Engage and why I am so passionate about attending this year’s gathering.

If you too will be there, you can find me all over the place, but for sure, I will be at the following places at the following times.  Stop by even if it’s just to say “hi.”
