For most of my professional life, I have been a nuts and bolts programmer. I began with a very obscure programming language called PLM, made my way over to C++, and for the last several years, I’ve written nearly everything in Java. While I am comfortable programming at that level, I am the first to admit that it’s not the quickest way to create solutions.

In my latest article for the Avaya blog, I write about how I did just that when tasked to create two SMS notification applications.
