This will not come as a surprise to anyone who knows me in real life, but I am a restless, impatient person.  I get bored easily and have a very hard time sitting around doing nothing.  My mind is always off to the next big thing and even in my quietest moments, my brain is awash with thoughts.  This may explain why I was never any good at yoga.  The teacher would tell the class to focus on our breaths, while I was silently trying to solve that day’s work problems.
