Avaya Breeze Connectors

Welcome to the second in my series of videos addressing some of the more advanced Avaya Breeze techniques.  In Part One, I showed you how to catch and process errors inside a Breeze Snap-in.

Here in Part Two, I discuss Breeze Connectors and how they are used to extend the communications capabilities of Avaya Aura.  Specifically, I present the WebText SMS Text Connector.

  1. There’s a lot of good info here. I’m not exactly sure how you’re producing these videos. This sort of screencast would be better if the resolution of the recording was closer to the resolution of the desktop. I’d suggest 1280×720 as a minimum. It would make the text much more legible.

    1. Thanks for the thoughts. I am using a higher resolution on my monitor and Camtasia to make the videos. It could very well be Camtasia or how I’ve configured it (or the buggy nature of Camtasia).
