Adding Web Services to an Avaya Breeze Snap-In

Welcome back to my Avaya Breeze video series.  Up to this point, I have primarily focused on telephone calls.  Parts One through Three dealt with a Snap-In that created and manipulated an outbound call.  In Part Four, I turned my attention to intercepting an incoming call.

Today I would like to shake things up a bit and show you how to add cloud-based services into a Breeze Snap-In.  For that, I found a cloud-based weather service that supported a RESTful web services interface.  Using that interface, I created a Snap-In that intercepted an incoming call, prompted the caller for his or her zip code, and then queried the cloud service for a report on the current weather conditions.
