Last week, I unveiled my video series on the Avaya Engagement Designer. Part One introduced the basic tools and interfaces and walked the viewer through writing a simple Breeze Snap-In. Given the number of views and social media interactions, there appears to be interest in this step-by-step, visual approach.
This week on No Jitter, I am adding a bit more oomph to that Snap-In with a discussion about Breeze properties. I show you how to add them, how to manipulate them, and as with my first video, demonstrate their use.
