Debugging Avaya SIP

I have been speaking at the annual IAUG (International Avaya Users Group) conference long before they called themselves the IAUG. In fact, given that my heritage is both Nortel and Avaya, I’ve been a regular at both INNUA (International Nortel Users Association) and InAAU (International Alliance of Avaya Users) get-togethers since the dawn of time (or close enough).

This year is no different and I am presenting two breakout sessions at the upcoming Engage 2016. On Sunday, June 5th, I hope to demystify WebRTC (Session 1308T) and on Monday, June 6th, my coworker and partner in unified communications crime, Dave Lover, and I will be spending an hour educating folks on the art and science of debugging SIP on an Avaya Aura system (Session 705T).

In my latest article for No Jitter, I give you a bit of a teaser (and study guide) on how to Debug Avaya SIP.
