The regular readers of my blog know that I write articles for a number of different outlets. I am a weekly contributor to No Jitter and a regular writer for the Avaya blogs. I also write for my company’s blog, Arrow Systems Integration, and have been known to guest blog for other people on a one-off basis. I even have a secret blog for my non technical babble, but let’s not talk about that. And while I have been lax in writing nerdy SIP articles for my own blog, I promise to get back to that before too long.
Recently, the International Avaya Users Group (IAUG) asked me to write something for their Insights magazine and since I have a hard time saying “no,” I had something in their hands a few days later.
The fruits of my labor recently came out and I would like to share a copy of Insights with you folks. I have to admit that it was really nice seeing my work in a glossy magazine format. Online content has been my bread and butter, but a part of me gets a big thrill from old school publishing.
