I am probably like a lot of you who don’t like hearing recordings of their voice. In my head, I sound much lower than the microphone ever seems to capture. I also think that I speak much slower and with a more even tempo. Sadly, like the camera that never lies, the microphone is a much more accurate representation of what I actually sound like. Sigh.
