Last week, I wrote about the Avaya WebRTC Snap-in. Despite it’s fairly technical lean, it proved to be a very popular article for me. However, I realized that there are a number of people who could benefit from the subject without being subjected to JavaScript code and a tour of the solution’s piece parts.
